I will visit the home, photograph and measure the property, then consult with our design team to create a plan that will maximize the homeowner’s options for creative solutions to improve the overall marketability and possibly the value of the home. A follow-up visit with the homeowner to discuss the proposed changes will result in a workable design plan and a date established for the plan to be implemented. (Changes may include rearranging furniture, editing of homeowner’s rooms, surfaces, and knick-knacks, changing curtains, spot painting floors, walls, etc.) |

I will work within your budget in excess of $300.00. I will visit the home, photograph and measure the property and then consult with our design team to maximize the homeowner’s options for creative solutions to improve the overall marketability and possibly the value of your home. A design plan implementing the most comprehensive and beneficial changes will be devised and implemented after agreement with homeowner is reached. |
| 4.) One Room - 2 Day Makeover

You pick the paint and we'll do the rest (based on an average room size 14' x 15' and assumes surfaces are paint ready). It will be the same room but it won't look the same; we'll re-use, rearrange, re-invent what you already have (with your consent of course) and you just might not recognize your own things! |
